What to Expect
Arrange for Care Inside and Outside Your Home
Stock refrigerator and/or freezer as requested or running errands
Water and feed interior and exterior plants per instructions
Trickle charge and check tires on vehicle (vehicle checked during our weekly outside, inside visual inspections for mold)
Driving insured vehicle (one hour minimum)
Key service for outside contractors, provide access to property for insurance agents, local contractors, service repairmen, cleaning services, or other on-site service providers (a lockbox fee may apply)
Monitor to see that service provider’s work is done properly
Digital photographic e-mail reporting of new construction
Serve as security alarm notification agent
Answering security alarm calls 24/7
Arrange for cleaners inside, power washing lanais, exteriors, roofs, driveways, and walkways, window cleaning in and out
