Thorough Inspection of Your Homes’ Interior

Once a week, Paradise Pros will inspect the interior spaces, appliances, and fixtures of your home and run through a complete checklist.

• Look for signs of forced entry, theft, or vandalism

• Look for signs of pests or insects

• Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked

• Look for signs of water damage on floors, ceilings, and walls

• Inspect for leaks in and around your air-conditioning unit

• Check your room temperature and humidity readings

• Check refrigerator and freezer and make sure your ice maker is off

• Check traps in sinks and tubs

• Flush commodes

• Check back of toilets and under sinks for leaks

• Check circuit breaker box for signs of a surge

• Check hot water tank for leaks

• Check and reset microwave and stove clocks as needed

• Check for unusual odors

• Check hot water heater for drainage

Once our inspection is complete, we’ll contact you via email with a report and digital photographic evidence.

Visual Inspection of Your Homes’ Exterior

During a walk around your home and your property, we will look for any issues that need to be addressed.

• Broken windows

• Theft or vandalism

• Torn or damaged screens and porch enclosures

• Damaged gutters and roofs

We will also remove newspapers, flyers, packages, and phone books from your front door area and we’ll check your mailbox. For an extra charge, we can forward your mail.

Home Opening and Closing Included in Our Fees

When you arrive, your home will be ready for you to enjoy, and after you leave we will make sure your home is secure, all garbage is disposed of, and your trash cans are put away.
