Openings and Closings Are Part of Our Monthly Plan
When you can’t be there, let Paradise Pros open and close your home for the season. Unlike a lot of other companies that will charge you an extra $50.00 for these services, our openings and closings are part of our monthly pricing.
We’ll take care of the home for you or for your guests. However, the service is not available if you’re renting either seasonally or annually. Proper notification is required. Please provide arrival and leaving date.
What to Expect
We Close Down the Home When You Leave
Shut off the outside water
Shut off the hot water breaker
Turn the air to 60% humidity and the thermostat to 76 degrees
Empty the ice maker and shut it off
Dispose of any garbage
Make sure all windows and doors are secured
We Open the House for You to Come Back Home to a Welcoming Environment
Walk into rooms ready for relaxed living when you let us open your home.
Turn on the water
Turn on the air-conditioning
Turn on the hot water tank
Synchronize clocks in your kitchen
Turn ice maker on
We’ll even turn on the outside light if you’re coming in after dark.
